He would draw hearts and flowers, houses, trees and smiling creatures. He began to do larger projects with texta on paper and this was quite a job. When he discovered digital art on computer using 'paint' program he never looked back, creating over 5000 works of art.
Marley took up drawing with pen and texta at 5 years old and was constantly drawing after that.
At the age of 17 years old he had his first one man show, Wild Love, at federation square in Melbourne (at school he was always told "don't love strangers" He said "Yes I can !, Im a wild love"). At this show, he entered the gallery space on opening night and said "my purpose is art so I don't need to go to school".
He moved across to mac and Adobe illustrator and created many beautiful images. At the moment he loves creating mandalas with pictures of objects and creatures.
He also took up photography and has a large body of work. He does a morphing technique on some of his photographs that reveal inner worlds.
Much of his images are imaginariums in that each viewer sees different things in them.
